ARIEL WINTER: I Was NEVER Intimate With That Boy

Close friends of Ariel Winter tell TMZ ... she NEVER got intimate with an 18-year-old boy, and her mother has manufactured the story to get back at her for trying to break from her maternal grip.

Ariel has told friends her mom is "flat out lying" when she claimed she walked into the guest bedroom and found her 14-year-old in bed with Cameron Palatas. One source says, "Ariel is so innocent, she never even kissed a boy until her first kiss in a 'Modern Family' episode."

Another independent and credible source tells TMZ ... he saw Ariel and Cameron kissing and "touchy feely" at a WWE party over the summer, but he did not see anything more intimate than that.

As we previously reported, Ariel's mom, Chrystal Workman, didn't report the alleged encounter to authorities for a long period of time, and only AFTER a judge gave Ariel's sister temporary guardianship of the girl and ordered Chrystal to stay clear of her.

Several sources close to Ariel say the girl believes her mom is lying to save face.

MTV Europe Music Awards: Taylor Swift wins, Heidi Klum stuns and Kim Kardashian stumbles

The MTV Europe Music Awards take place in Europe, but they're not exactly Euro-centric.

In fact, of all the artists who took home trophies at Sunday's (Nov. 11) 19th annual awards, only two -- British boy band One Direction and French DJ David Guetta -- actually hails from Europe. The biggest winners were American Taylor Swift and Canadian Justin Bieber, who took home three awards apiece.

Swift also performed her hit "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" at the show, which you can watch below. (The arena in Frankfurt, Germany, was decorated to resemble a circus tent, hence Taylor's ringleader-esque outfit.)


Heidi Klum returned to her home country to host the show, and she wore an array of revealing Versace dresses. Here's her red-carpet look, in which she takes the check-out-my-leg look of Angelina Jolie at the Oscars earlier this year and one-ups it with some serious cleavage:

Klum opened the awards by dropping in on a circular swing, this time in a short orange-and-black dress with knee-high gladiator boots.

Kim Kardashian was a presenter at the EMAs, but she nearly took a dive as she walked out. It seems her shoe got caught on the train of her short-in-front, long-in-back dress (can we call it a mullet dress?), and she stumbled. She recovered, though, and made it to her mark. Take a look:

Demi Moore: Birthday Girl Turns 50 Today!

Demi Moore has enthralled us throughout her 28-year-long career, but long before Moore was one of the highest paid actress in film history or a gossip magazine favorite, she was just a struggling 16-year-old, attempting to live independently off a fledgling-modeling career. At 19, the New Mexico native had transitioned into acting, landing a role on "General Hospital." She made the jump to the big screen in "Blame It On Rio" opposite Michael Caine as his daughter; by the release of "St. Elmo’s Fire" one year later, she was a star.

For years Demi was one of the premiere actresses in Hollywood, going on to star in successful films like “About Last Night…,” “Ghost,” “A Few Good Men,” “Indecent Proposal,” and “G.I. Jane.” Of her 1986 performance in “About Last Night…,” movie critic Robert Ebert wrote, “Moore is especially impressive. There isn't a romantic note she isn't required to play in this movie, and she plays them all flawlessly.” A career high came in 1996, when Moore earned $12.5 million for her role in “Striptease,” a record amount for any female actress at the time -- though we can’t say much about the actual movie.

After a seven year hiatus from acting, Moore returned to movies looking better than ever as "fallen angel" Madison Lee in "Charlie's Angel: Full Throttle" in 2003. She's since followed up with thoughtful indies like "The Jones" and "Happy Tears."

However, for as much attention as Moore as received about her on-screen performances, she’s received just as much for her off-screen romances. In 1980 she married musician Freddy Moore. A few years later, she was briefly engaged to actor Emilio Estavez, and in 1987, she married actor Bruce Willis, with whom she has three daughters. Her latest high-profile romance came in 2005, when she became gossip rag’s favorite “cougar” and married actor Ashton Kutcher. Kutcher is nearly 16 years her junior.

While Moore has fallen upon some hard times since her separation from Kutcher in 2011, we hope that her fifth decade endows her with all the wisdom, perspective and faith in the world. We can't wait to see what you will do next, Demi. Happy birthday!

Justin Bieber And Selena Gomez Break Up

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have called it quits.

According to E! Online, the couple split "about a week ago," due to their busy schedules.

"It was getting harder and harder to maintain a relationship," a source told the site.

Bieber, 18, and Gomez, 20, went public with their relationship in 2011 when they attended the Vanity Fair Oscar party together and shared several high-profile moments, including a red-carpet kiss at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards and a much-publicized date at Staples Center in Los Angeles, where Bieber rented out the venue and treated Gomez to a private screening of her favorite film, "Titanic."

Of course, the relationship between Gomez and Bieber's rabid fanbase was never quite as sunny. They frequently harassed her on Twitter and Facebook, and Gomez told New York radio station Z100 that those attacks "hurt ... a lot."

"It hurts, it really does," she said. "I don't feel like I'm doing anything wrong. I've been best friends with him for a very long time. It does hurt my feelings a lot, but I try not to focus on it."

Rumors that the couple had split began circulating over the past few weeks, when Bieber was spotted at a performance of "The Lion King" with a group that included 19-year-old Victoria's Secret model Barbara Palvin.

So far, neither Bieber or Gomez have made any public comment on the split, and MTV News' emails to their reps were not responded to by press time.

If you had told me a year ago that the genius co-founder of Apple Inc. and the lovable idiot from That ’70s Show were dead ringers, I probably would’ve given you the side eye. But after Ashton Kutcher won the lead role in the indie Steve Jobs biopic jOBS (on April Fool’s Day, no less), tech aficionados and movie fans took a closer look at the actor and were struck by the resemblance. Whatever you think of Kutcher’s dramatic chops, set photos have proved that he certainly looks the part.

The last time we checked in with the production, we got to see the cast dolled up to reenact Jobs’ early days working out of his childhood home in Los Altos. The latest batch shows Kutcher looking a bit older, portraying what appears to be the ’90s version of Jobs. Dermot Mulroney, who plays former Apple CEO Mike Markkula, can also be seen in old-age makeup. Check them out after the jump.

I’ll admit to not being terribly well versed in Jobs’ sartorial evolution, so I can’t pinpoint the exact year this is supposed to be taking place. Apparently it’s before he switched to wearing black turtlenecks exclusively. If you’re more knowledgeable about the topic, feel free to chime in.

As we’ve said many times, whether Kutcher looks like Jobs isn’t as important as whether he has the talent to pull off the late tech guru’s prickly charisma and, as producer Mark Hulme put it, his “psychological complexity.” That said, well, Kutcher does look an awful lot like Jobs.

Directed by Joshua Michael Stern (Swing Vote), jOBS also stars Josh Gad, Ahna O’Reilly, Lukas Haas, Matthew Modine, J.K. Simmons, and Kevin Dunn. The film, which covers Jobs’ life from 1971 to 2000, is expected to open sometimethis year.

Brooke Shields' Mother and Manager Teri Shields Dies at 79

UPDATED: The elder Shields battled a long illness related to dementia.

Brooke Shields’ mother and former manager Teri Shields, who booked her daughter’s first job at just 11 months old, died Wednesday in Manhattan at 79 years old.

Her death followed a long illness related to dementia, a rep for the actress told The New York Times.

Brooke first appeared on the national stage in an advertisement for Dove soap before her first birthday. By 10 years old, she was photographed in the nude.
Teri navigated Brooke’s early, sometimes controversial career moves, including her role as a child prostitute in 1978’s Pretty Baby and a topless Calvin Klein campaign at 15.

Theresa Anna Lillian Schmon was born on Aug. 11, 1933, in Newark, N.J. Before marrying Brooke’s father, Francis Alexander Shields, in 1964, Terri worked as a hairstylist, a makeup artist for Lord & Taylor and a model, according to a statement from her daughter. Brooke was born in 1965, and “it was then that Teri found her career” as a manager, the statement reads.

Teri and her husband divorced when their daughter was just a few months old. Aside from Brooke, who has admitted to having a strained relationship with her mother, Teri’s survivors include a sister and two granddaughters.

Brooke, 47, declined to comment on her mother’s death to multiple news outlets. A representative for the star did not immediately return The Hollywood Reporter’s request for comment.

UPDATE: Brooke has issued the following statement: "My mother was an enormous part of my life and of who I am today. I loved her, laughed with her, and respected her. And although she had her share of struggles, she was my mom."

Khloe Kardashian 'X Factor' Wardrobe Malfunction Boosts Ratings (PHOTO)

Khloe Kardashian made her "X Factor" debut on Wednesday night and the reality TV star was left red-faced after her boss Simon Cowell subtly pointed out her wardrobe malfunction.

Kardashian, 28, walked on the stage alongside Mario Lopez to co-host the live talent show for the very first time and although initially she appeared to be confident and in good spirits, Cowell's comments left her in a seemingly awkward position. The TV host wore a pencil skirt and sheer blouse.

"May I say, Khloe, you're looking very sexy tonight. I think the air conditioning's on high tonight. It's very distracting," Cowell told Kardashian.

The reality TV star later admitted to the malfunction and took to her personal Twitter page to address what some of her followers referred to as a "flashing" incident.
The incident was reportedly a ratings booster for the struggling show and despite previous criticisms about the show's new hosts, it appears that Kardashian and Lopez may ultimately help revamp the reality TV show.

"Some 7.4 million viewers watched "The X Factor" on Fox television, according to early ratings data, up some 30 percent from last week's 5.7 million and a 13 percent increase in the 18-49 age group most coveted by advertisers," Yahoo News reported

Kardashian's wardrobe malfunction may not be the only awkward incident that she encounters while fulfilling her new hosting gig. On Tuesday it was claimed that the E! reality star would be joined on the show by her sister Kim's first husband Damon Thomas, according to RadarOnline.com.

Thomas, a renowned music producer, was married to Kim, 31, for four years before they eventually parted ways and he has openly bad-mouthed the reality star ever since. He has reportedly joined "X-Factor" as a guest mentor to the contestants.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were recently married, spending over $6 million on their wedding that was attended by one hundred guests, including Jimmy Fallon, Andy Samberg and Timbaland.

While it's great to be able to afford a $6 million wedding, it's apparently even better to make fun of all those poor people who could never pay for something like that or even be good enough to attend.

During the wedding, an 8 minute video was played, which is called "Greetings from Your Hollywood Friends Who Just Couldn't Make It." What followed was a series of greetings from homeless people living in the Los Angeles area. One toothless man was recorded saying: "Justin and Jessica, I haven't seen you for a long time. I hope the wedding goes fine for you. My gift is in the mail."

Company that paid Lance Armstrong bonuses wants money back

A Texas promotional company that paid millions of dollars to Lance Armstrong for winning the Tour de France said on Monday it was considering legal action to get the money back after the American cyclist was stripped of his Tour titles.

Armstrong had his seven Tour de France victories nullified and was banned for life on Monday after the International Cycling Union (UCI) ratified the United States Anti-Doping Agency's (USADA) sanctions against him.

Dallas-based SCA Promotions paid Armstrong USD 7.5 million for winning his sixth Tour title in 2004 - USD 5 million as a performance bonus and USD 2.5 million in interest and attorney fees - as part of a 2006 legal settlement. Armstrong had sued SCA when it withheld the payment after doping allegations against him surfaced.

Tailwind Sports, the owner of Armstrong's US Postal team, had promised the cyclist a USD 5 million bonus if he won a sixth Tour title and it took out insurance coverage with SCA.

In all, SCA Promotions paid Armstrong some USD 12 million, the company's lawyer Jeffrey Dorough said.

It was unclear exactly how much SCA may seek to recover.

"Mr. Armstrong is no longer the official winner of any Tour de France races, and as a result it is inappropriate and improper for him to retain any bonus payments made by SCA," Dorough said in a statement.

He said SCA Promotions was "digesting the UCI's decision" and that the company was taking into consideration the possibility that Armstrong or the World Anti-Doping Agency could appeal.

Earlier this month, USADA published a report on Armstrong that said the now-retired rider had been involved in the "most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen."

"I was sickened by what I read in the USADA report," UCI President Pat McQuaid said on Monday.

Armstrong, 41, who has denied doping, had previously elected not to contest the USADA charges, prompting USADA to propose his punishment pending confirmation from cycling's world governing body.

Armstrong, widely considered one of the greatest cyclists of all time, says he has never failed a doping test.

He said he had stopped contesting the charges after years of probes and rumors because "there comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, 'Enough is enough.'"

Tippi Hedren in ‘The Girl’

Tippi Hedren attended a private screening over the weekend of HBO’s “The Girl” a movie about her life and how it intertwined with Alfred Hitchcock’s life. Hedren’s daughter Melanie Griffith also attended the private screening. According to Yahoo News the end of the film was met with silence.

The silence sustained until Melanie said; “Well now I have to go back therapy.” Hedren polished and still beautiful at 82 appeared in two Hitchcock films. Hedren is blonds and Hitchcock very rarely casts blonds in any of his films. Perhaps her unique beauty and grace is part of the reason Hitchcock became obsessed with Hedren.

Hedren’s experience with Hitchcock is detailed in “The Girl” which debuts on Saturday at 9 p.m. The movie is as jarring to watch as one of Hitchcock’s thrillers. When filming “The Birds” Hitchcock did not tell Hedren that she would be shooting with real birds and not mechanical birds.

Hedren was expecting to film with mechanical birds. Hitchcock then subjected Hedren to five days of attacks from the birds and only stopped at a physician’s orders. Hedren was injured and distraught, but Hitchcock wanted to keep filming.

Hedren gathered herself once again and appeared in Hitchcock’s “Marnie”. After refusing his advances Hitchcock refused to let her out of her seven year contract. As a result Hedren lost out on her chance to do other films including “Fahrenheit 451”.

Stephen Colbert to Make Cameo in 'The Hobbit'

The Comedy Central host and "Lord of the Rings" fan will appear in Peter Jackson's 'Hobbit' trilogy.

Stephen Colbert will make a cameo in Peter Jackson's Hobbit trilogy, a knowledgeable source confirms to The Hollywood Reporter.

The host of Comedy Central's The Colbert Report is a huge J.R.R. Tolkien and Lord of the Rings fan who reads Elvish. No word on which role he'll play in the franchise or whether it will be a key character or just part of the background.

Colbert's cameo will not come in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, according to the source. The first film in Jackson and Warner Bros.' trilogy hits theaters Dec. 14 with a cast that includes Martin Freeman, Elijah Wood, Ian McKellen, Hugo Weaving, Orlando Bloom, Benedict Cumberbatch and Andy Serkis.

The second film, The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug, arrives Dec. 13, 2013, while the third, The Hobbit: There and Back Again, will be released July 18, 2014.

Colbert teases an appearance in the films in the November issue of Playboy, acknowledging his visit to the New Zealand shoot.

"Peter Jackson invited me to the set last year," he said. "I flew out and watched them shoot some scenes and went to some locations. I saw a 25-minute cut, and it was amazing. Jackson knows I'm a big fan of the films."

When asked if he was hired as an extra, Colbert smiled; and in response to the question, "Are you telling us you're in the Hobbit movie?" he responded, with another smile, "Could be."

Earlier this month, Colbert appeared on Oprah's Next Chapter to promote his latest book, America Again, revealing the origins of his faux-conservative television persona as a combination of Fox News hosts Bill O'Reilly and Geraldo Rivera and CNN's Anderson Cooper.

"I like to say that he's well intentioned, poorly informed, high-status idiot," he joked about his Report character.

E! News has confirmed that the longtime couple kept us guessing for years, but said arrivederci to singledom today by tying the knot in front of family and close friends at the Borgo Egnazia resort in the southern Italian city of Fasano.

"It's great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends," the newlyweds said in a statement to People.

We knew this day was coming, though. Wedding preparations were underway and Timberlake, 31, had jetted off to Las Vegas and Cabo San Lucas with a bunch of buddies—who kindly provided the striptease—to celebrate his final days of bachelorhood last month.

Asked how the wedding planning was going, the 30-year-old bride-to-be told E! News earlier this month that she was keeping it together.

Kyna Treacy Rumored to Have Gone on Date With Alex Rodriguez After Game 1 of ALCS

Alex Rodriguez's reported attempts to land a date with Australian bikini model Kyna Treacy during Game 1 of the ALCS may have worked.

The Daily Telegraph in Sydney reports that, according to friends of Treacy, Rodriguez called her up after the game and the two later went on a date.

This report comes on the heels of widespread discussion regarding Rodriguez's reported Game 1 advances. After being lifted for a pinch-hitter on Saturday in New York, Rodriguez reportedly began flirting with Treacy, who was sitting above the Yankees' dugout, even giving her a baseball that asked for her phone number.

Rodriguez denied the flirting occurred, perhaps understanding that there were some upset with his lack of focus during the Yankees' ALCS struggles against the Tigers, but Treacy appeared with her friend on Inside Edition, and they revealed that a second Yankees player had texted them as well.

Rodriguez has been linked to a number of high-profile women throughout his career, and may even still be dating former WWE diva Torrie Wilson. Clearly, no matter how much he struggles at the plate, there are still areas in life where A-Rod will always thrive.
